Future Projects

We are hoping to have the main floor completely renovated by the end of 2010. The main floor renovation will be complete with a new commercial kitchen and a dining area. This will then give us the ability to offer a food program within  the building.

Once we have plans and permits in place, our priority will be the renovation of all of the common kitchens and bathrooms within the building. There are a total of six bathrooms and two kitchens on the first and second floor, and two bathrooms in the basement that will need renovation work.

The first step in this renovation  process will be to remove all of the old lathe and plaster material. A new design requires that we will need to do some new framing before we install new electrical and plumbing systems.

On top of this, we also need to install a brand new kitchen and two bathrooms on the main floor.
